Metal figural table lamp Made in Paris

I have seen the same figural lamp ONLY it was a night light it did not have the street post lamp.   The beads were added to the light buld later I beieve.  In total it is 19" high, with the boy being about 11" high.

The signature I cannot make out it starts with either a G or S with the Last name starting with D.  It sort of looks like Dominigue or so.
