Description

Appears to be a metal plate for the 1914 book A Midsummer Night's Dream.  Metal appears to be blue and is mounted on a block of wood.  The block of wood has red printing on it that says:

Wood Specialty Company Philadelphia Pa 19126  Micro Finisher
