Metal Tray with 4 sections and fruit/flowers designs

I have a metal tray that has 4 sections with flowers in 2 of the sections, fruit in the other 2 sections and a blue and white design in the middle of tray. The bottom of the tray looks "distressed". It is 9 inches by 9 inches with angled corners that are 1 1/2 inches and weighs a little over 3 lbs. There is no name on it and I was wondering what it is(name/brand and description of metal  and design) and the value of it. I am sending photos. Thanks! Kathy
