We have this item which we think is a planter possibly. I have found similar items on Ebay but ours has wooden wheels with a metal exterior lining the wheels instead of all metal wheels. We have no knowledge of it's history but it sure looks old. We are curious of the value of this item since we are considering selling it. It is in very good condition, no damage to the wicker (open front) basket and the only markings that we can find, and it is a stretch, it looks like a "Y" "b" on the handle. I tried to capture that in a picture.

Re: METAL & WOOD TRICYLE CART
I think I have been forgotten... posted this almost a week ago, and spoke with someone via e-mail who said they would help me... still nothing. I hope this is a good sign that this piece is rare...
