Mid Century Tripod Lamp

I recently aquired this, seller had no information about it. Can not find any markings on it, but overall the piece does look intentional (i.e., not a hobby project), excellent condition and not poor quality.

I like mid century modern style, so I know I am biased in attributing that style to this lamp.

Height of glass shade is 7", overall lamp height including shade is 23", distance between feet is 10.5".

I'd like to know any information about it (manufacturer, value, date, background, etc.)
