Description

Rare, Solid-Walnut Bissman Furniture Co. Mid-Century Modern Dresser and Bed Set. These vintage, high-quality pieces are stained in the Bissman signature medium brown/"honey" finish. Both are well-loved, charming pieces that will compliment any decor.
Carl Bissman was an architect who designed and built homes in Springfield prior to World War II. After the war, he started designing and selling furniture but died in 1951, and the company closed shortly after his death, so this furniture was only sold for a few years and are extremely rare.
Bissman furniture is known for its Danish Mid Century Modern design, sturdy construction and innovative features such as non-stick drawer glides, and solid walnut construction.
Dresser Measurement- 58 wide, 32 tall, 19.5 deep
Bed- Full-size bed with side bars and foot board.
$1800 for the set.  Will consider all acceptable offers.
