Correct, these colors are vibrant. Enamel during the Ming Dynasty were limited. Your vase has 2 greens,2 shades of blue and pink not to mention the lack of imperfections in the enamel, which are seen through out ming cloisonne pieces. I would guess this vase is Late Qing. Sorry...
