From the styling and the design, i think that is a Qing dynasty vase.

This vase would be Qing dynasty, if the Qing Dynasty extended to 1960.

Correct, these colors are vibrant. Enamel during the Ming Dynasty were limited. Your vase has 2 greens,2 shades of blue and pink not to mention the lack of imperfections in the enamel, which are seen through out ming cloisonne pieces. I would guess this vase is Late Qing. Sorry...
