Description
I inherited this from my mum and was just curious if it was worth keeping a hold of. From a bit of poking about online I think I found out it is a Minton lamp Base, from around Sept 1942 (according to the Base markings on the underside)
I'm not sure if it was originally a candlestick as the only others I've seen seem to have been converted?
It's approximately 8" tall and has a small cracked bit where the cable exits the stand. Other than that it's in pretty good condition.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
Thanks :)
