I have the same print, except mine has a different frame style. I have searched for a price including going to the official web site of Peter Ellenshaw; which I have received no reply.
Does anyone know the value? Should this print be insured? If so for how much?

If it is a Turner print it is a mass production decorator print worth less than $100.00. Most of them were sold by Turner Wall Art in the 1960's as inexpensive Decorator pieces. We've had numerous Turner pieces through here, here's a link to those discussions:
