Mystery Asian artifact

By lavenderchild, 16 April, 2008
Description

I received this artifact from a friend but wasn't given much information on what it is. All I know is that it is probably Asian, has different metals, seems to be pretty old, and has a large gold dragon on it. I would really like to know what time period it is from, what country it is from, what it was used for, and how much it is worth. If you know anything about this artifact, please let me know! Thank you very much.
