Possibly the British painter…
Possibly the British painter Richard Temple who did other paintings in a similar vain - https://image.invaluable.com/housePhotos/Smith/86/698186/H0944-L2497375… though he didn't usually sign his pieces in this fashion. As with all paintings, these would need a physical valuation in order to correct discern the artist and authenticity.
