Re: Native American Indian Hopi Pottery Vase Marked

WEST GERMAN Art Pottery, Mid Century, Abstract, Modern RETRO Vase

Oberhessische Keramik, Walther Becht KG at Schlitz, Hessen  (MAYBE)

100% Not Native American

(Native American Indian Hopi Pottery Vase )

Native people sign their works with pride, Never just numbers.

I am thinking this is Germany, most marks from Germany use the 7 with the line thrugh it. and the (/) between numbers..

Maybe someone can ID this for sure, I do not claim to be an expert, but I do know Native Pottery:

Hope this helps. ...........................( I am Native American Indian)
