Description

Don't know nothing about it. Was given to my husband many years ago for some labor he did for our neighbor. It was sitting in a corner in his basement and my husband asked him about it and he told him he can have it if he liked it. It was all painted in black, blue and red. We removed the paint and it had some stickers which read if I recall right, 1889 but they washed off when I cleaned it.
