Need an appraisal for a friend.

Hello, My friend's grandma recently passed away and I'm trying to help her get an estimate (ball park figure) on these three pieces. They want to sell them, but I'm trying to convince my friend to keep them. She was very close to her grandma and I think she will regret selling them. But she insists that they need the money for repairs on her grandma's house before putting it up for sale.



The only info I have are the pics. I could try to get more info later this week.
