Nellie Mclung Books and Pictures with Autographs

I have someone interested in my 1910 autographed picture of Nellie Mclung I also have a picture of the Mclung family. As well as pictures of the little boy whose photo is used in Sowing Seeds in Danny. All the picture are in great shape. And a 2 books (the books are not in the best shape but not horrible shape either). The books ane Sowing Seeds in Danny and In Times Like these. I also have a stamp of her in good shape. The Book Sowing Seeds in Danny is one of the 1st ten of the Press and is also signed by Nellie.   Not just singed by her by she left an Authors note.  I have no idea how much it is worth and have tried different ways to find out but not sure now how to proceed.  I can upload more pics as well.
