AI Appraisal
Description
A carved dog in a sitting position - light green with brown mottling colour - rather like marble. Underside is a much deeper green. Eyes may have had jewels in, now just sockets, appears to be a chip inside open mouth. Dog has a very short curled tail. Stand appears very old. Very delicately carved in a hard wood. Took to a local museum - unable to identify, other than they thought it originates somewhere in Asia
