It s a mysterious hallmarked piece,but unfortunatelly i can figure out the hallmark.If somebody can help me to appraise this nice and old set it is welcome.

The standing lion hall mark looks Dutch, used before 1810 to indicate .934 silver ((934/1000ths. pure silver). The rest of them I can't make out. I'd suggest having these physically examined by an appraiser. Here's a link for you to Dutch silver sold at auction:
