Description
I have a special toy from 1988; It is not very old. However, I can find no records of it even existing! It is a toy produced by Largo Toys Ltd. and was possibly commissioned by Nintendo Power in the first year of the magazines startup. Neither any toy catalogs nor even Nintendo Power have any record of it (that I can find). I found this in grandparent's garage. The game it was based off of was The (original) Legend of Zelda, released in the U.S. in 1987, a year before this toy's production.

After a fair amount of research I've found the only mention of it online seems to be you seeking information! :)
Another toy from the same manufacturer themed on Super Mario Brothers and apparently part of the same line has been up for auction repeatedly of late, with a substantial price drop each time from mid $50s to mid $20s and no action at all. I'd expect about the same performance from this item.
