Description
I was given these tea cups/saucers as a gift by a family in Rotterdam, Holland in 1980. I believe the mark on the bottom of the saucers is "Nippon", but I have no idea how old these are. From the information I could find on the internet, they may be from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. They appear to be handpainted and there are no cracks, chips or scratches. I would be interested in knowing how old they are and what their value is.

I'm not sure of the weight, but they are extremely thin and light weight.
History
The story I was told was that they were given to a family in Rotterdam, Holland by a Missionary. I stayed with the family while touring with a choir back in 1980. The Mother gave these to me as a goodbye gift when I left.
