Description This piece has been residing in china cabinets passed down from great grandmother around early 1900's. One small hairline crack about 1/4" in length on neck. Other than that, no chips or other blemishes. Hand painted ship scene with raised gold on the base, handles, and neck.

Pieces marked " Nippon" date from 1891-1921, the mark on yours is that of what is now the Noritake company, the "M" mark first used in 1911. At auction comparable pieces with some damage currently sell for under $150.00. Lovejoy
