stamped by Morris & Bendien Inc, NY on bottom right corner of painting, but too small to photograph clearly. framed by McKelvey's- Youngstown, Ohio. trees on landscape, casting shadows on the ground, house with brown roof, cottage style, brick on the bottom of house and on chimney, lady with brown/ grey dress. green fencing at front of house.
