Description
This was given to my mom years ago. The painting itself measures 24 inches high and the width is 12 inches without the frame. The frame measures 32 x 20. The frame is heavy and made out of wood. The medium definitely looks like oil.

Painting itself is in really great condition but the frame does need some work as seen in pictures. One corner is separating and the bottom inside of frame is off.
