Description I have an old bed I bought back in the late '70's. I've never seen one like it (nor has anyone I ever asked) and am hopeful you might possibly be able to tell me what it is. Or anything about it if you could. Attached are a few pictures. Oh, and what appears to be tears in the leather on the right footboard is just paper from some old stickers someone placed on it before I bought it. I never cleaned it off because I didn't want to stain or fade the leather. But there are no tears in it. Both sides of the footboards are leathered and brass-studded as well. There must be over a thousand brass studs in the footboards alone. And the headboard weighs a ton.
