Old buggy/stroller

Sadly I do not know much about this. It was given to my mother when I was a child. My father seemed to think it was a doll carriage, but I think it may have been an actual baby carriage, or a double buggy. It is quite large and sturdy and has solid rubber wheels. The shade can be moved to either side of laid flat, and the entire thing folds up. It it's all metal and what looks to be leather. There are no visible marking anywhere on it.
