Old cedar chest

By Ayana Najah, 3 September, 2014
Description

Old Cedar Chest.  Has no writing on it  with name or date.  Just this antique looking emblem/picture on the underneath of the lid.  I wish to know how much this could be valued at and who made it if possible.

Re: Old cedar chest

This trunk predates your grandparents wedding, it's a "Hump Top trunk which tend to date from the 1870's through the 1890's. In "As Is" condition they often go at auction for less than $100.00
