The Loma Manufacturing Company or Copperstate Supply Company is in Phoenix, AZ.  It is known for its kiln fired glazed earthenware and kitchenware.   A later mark "Lomaware" was registered in 1952, so it may predate that mark.   There is not much out there on this company.  Two teapots are on ebay similar to yours is priced at $24-29.  I'd date it late 40's to early 50's.  There is little sales history on thier undecorated pieces.
