really old copy of the Declaration of independence on parchment paper . Will be exsteamlly brittile if document was handle .It is in a old black frame

Weight less then a half a pound

History This was handed to me from a neighber who wanted to just get rid of a bunch of items from there parents house .this was about 15 year ago.
