Many years ago I had this etching appraised in NC. The appraiser couldnt confirm but conjectured it may be from old New England era. An ivory test was performed that turned out negative.

Pieces like this really require a physical appraisal, nothing concrete can be determined via images, it needs to be taken out of the frame and examined for any marking, signatures or watermarks.
