Old Indian spoon

I am doing an estate sale and came across this old spoon...it has an Indian Head with a red Jewel and has navajo and what looks like a swastika symbol engraved on it. The lady who's owned it had an antique store so I'm not sure if this is a souvenir piece or something really old. There are no markings from a company on it? Seems like really thin metal, I can bend it If I try...
