If that's the original sheath that came w/the knife, and it's fringed, it's got to be American Indian or something western U.S.

If this is for sale at any point please notify me I'm not sure what it's worth but if your like me I love old stuff that looks to be hand made! What a great find! I do know that the sheaths them selves can be worth money depending on the time period in which it was made!
