Description I am trying to get not only a name for this but an idea of value also ... All i know is it belongs to my mothers neighbor and he has owned it for 80 years ...Bought from a store by his Mother amd given to him at 3 yo .. It plays music if strummed.

this is an autoharp, which should have chord letters on top of the keys.  Push the key down and strum and you have a chord.  play along with some music that has chord along the top of the song and have fun
