Old map print or etching singed and numbered

HELP- I just don't know what i got here. if it has value or not?

It seems to be a copy of a mapp of mosco, this one is signed and numbered- 9 of 15  it's about 23in. by23in.  it may be a eching of a colored print, i realy don't know. has anyone seen one of these.  thankyou   pickedit
