What i believe to be a very old barbers bowl/ blood bowl?

Distinguishing marks A five petaled flower with a crown, and michael the archangel on top of a dragon

Condition Good

Date Period 18th century maybe older?

History Friend of grandfather found it in an abonded house i think.
