I am researching this for a friend. She thinks it is a Nautical Piece - a WHALE OIL SHIP LAMP? This type of item is not my area of expertise. If I can get an exact name of this piece, I can do further research. It appears to be in very good condition, with the exception of some rust/oxidation. It will be for sale - is it worth it?
