signed and dated bottom right what looks like A H Tupard 1891. But not to sure about signature.picture has small slit on the bridge with faded paint and small slit top left.im just curious as to who the artist was and what if any it has a value.had this now for about 20 odd years.if any one knows any history behind this it would be appreciated.thanks.
