My mother in law this bought this from a Russian solider along with his uniform literally as soon as they tore down the east Berlin Wall. I was wondering how much it would sell for and what it really is.

At the top where what seems to be a solider standing underneath him on the wall it says:

1945

And at the bottom if says:

bezirk frankfurt (0) -

land am strong der freundschaft
