Description
Antique old brown bleach bottle, one gallon, has screw lid, Purex name is molded into the glass on side of jug. Comes with finger hold. I am guessing the 1930's?

I found 1/2 gallon brown purex bleach bottle in my grandma's old smoke house. P erfect condition,with screw on yellow top saying purex bleach.
The bottom has large print purex, 9 N 59U/S. pat's. nos.2,831,593,
2,831,594. Has little diamond shape cut in the glass around bottom of bottle.
The handdle has a place on the bottom to slip you fingers up into. Opened at the bottom kind of.

I have a 1/2 gallon purex also but the lid is blue and white and it says NEW RUST PROOF CAP purex 0 and i also have a quart size im just tring to find what there worth do u know
