Description
The scissors look like they are plated. They have etched or stamped decoration marks on both sides of the upper part of the scissors. We found them in an old tool box we found in a little resale shop in Wallis, Texas. We paid $5 for the tool box. We would like to know if you can identify them. Do you know where they are from and who manufactured them. Pictures are attached. Thank you for your time. I DON'T WANT TO SELL THEM AT THIS TIME.
