Opposing Poodles Unmarked

Description

Hello,

I found these two poodles wrapped nicely in newspaper dated 1992 but with a lot of other marked early 1900s pottery and such...

These two do not have any identifiable markings. I have seen some similar poodles online that also have no markings selling for hundreds of dollars but how does the seller know what they have? How do they come to their selling price?

Would anyone be able to tell me if I may have found a treasure? Maybe a link to another pair so I can get more information on them?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Mary
