Description
Brass Pot for plant ? When polished gives an almost white/yellow golden appearance. It is quite certain to be hand engraved. I am thinking it is brass but may be alloy. It is very robust construction and when flicked with fingernail gives quite a long resonant (bell)sound. It maybe a common item but I am unable to find another like it.
The sideways photo shows what I am guessing to be Artist Signature.
