Description

It appears to be an original black and white print of WL Taylor's "The Travelling Shoemaker". It has been passed down in my wifes family from the early 1900's I believe. It is in the original frame that it was put in. I have not looked at the back for fear of damaging the print. That is what I know. Any insight would be appreciated.
