Original oil painting signed by name Andre in a Anco Bilt frame.

I have tried multiple reverse image searches to no avail. Nothing comes up on the signature or the painting itself. It is mounted on an Anco Bilt stretcher and what I can see could be a Gold painted Mexican built frame? Please see images and close up of signature.
