this is an acoustic mini guitar
the model number is hard to read but you can try to see yourself in the picture

When I look at this guitar I see the nice saddle and bridge, decent top wood, and a crack (?) in the wood near the high E string.
I'd pay 3-4 hundred for it as long as there are no other glaring issues such as loose top bracing (could result in a buzz), a warped or disconnecting neck, or cracks in the back.
