This is a pretty typical late 1920's early 30's piece, which tend to be a mix of early English Furniture styles such as William & Mary, Queen Anne and Jacobean. Most furniture makers mass produced similar lines of furniture from about 1900- 1935, so it's not considered rare or valuable in the current market. At auction comparable pieces now often sell for less than $250.00.
