Description I haven't oversized very old oil painting that was done in Italy for friends of the family approximately 60 years ago. The water and lights are illuminated by small lights in the back of the frame very unique painting. Signature is on front in gold "Carlo"

I think this was painted by Carlo of Hollywood.
