This is a 3D image of 5 wolves in a winter landscape with birch trees. It is signed, dated and the number in the edition was carved into it too. There is a Certificate of Authenticity that came with it that says:
This is to Certify that "THE PACK" is a hand painted, limited edition of the original creation by GAIL, designed and executed by the artist. This is number 0877 of a limited edition of 3000. Artist: Gail. Copyright 1995.
The number 0877 is hand written on the certificate and the artist signed after the word Artist. I was just curious if there is any worth to the piece even though its not the original it is within the first 1000 of 3000 and is still hand painted by the artist.

I have the same painting. Did you ever get back a value on this item. The one i have is #0210. Trying to see if i should sell or hold on to it for a while still.
