Daler Board Co based in London England was established in 1783. They produce
ProductsColours, brushes, papers, drawing media, canvases, boards, easels, artists' accessoriesThis board was produced in England in 1983 - 1984 and the term Herston refers to the type of board. The painting was done in 1989 but the artist signature I cannot read. The frame is of this period .. 1980's.
This company shipped their products worldwide. Without more details, origin and a legiable signature it would be hard to valuate further. Thanks for sharing ..
