Description
It is an oil painting done on canvas. It is a dark picture of a watermelon , plums with leaves and grapes on a table. It was painted by my grandmothers half sister Mae Allen in Maine. I believe it was done in the 1920-1930 time frame. The painting is in good condition although I can see some cracks in the paint if I look close. Do paintings of this nature have any value other than sentimental?
