The painting is in a gold scrolled frame and then framed under glass. It appears to have been framed by Frederick Loeser & Company and on the back of the glass frame in the left hand corner in script is written "Afternoon Tea" It shows several people drinking tea in Victorian clothing. Lots of lovely detail.
