My mom purchased this painting at a Tucson, Az. antique store. It is 49" x37". Looks like oil paint.

It is not signed. I am mostly interested why it is not signed. One of my aunts told me my mom paid about $2000 for the painting. I am mostly interested in any info on this painting.
